The purpose of the JAGLINE is to render service to the school by representing West Jordan High School at competitions; performing at various school activities; thereby, promoting school spirit and demonstrating the artistic strengths at WJHS. In addition, participation on the JAGLINE will help each individual develop stronger dance skills; help students build excellent character, citizenship, and sportsmanship; encourage each member to develop lasting friendships; and teach students the value of being part of a team.  The JAGLINE involves countless hours spent in practices, at school activities, at various performances, and multiple competitions; because of the nature of these activities, team members must be dedicated students who are responsible, engaged, and highly self-motivated.
